Carollina built her career across customer experience, growth, and operations. Having lived in the US, she understands the level of responsiveness and judgment clients expect. She brings that cross-border service-operator lens to how Aurora identifies standout assistant talent in Brazil and turns it into a premium client experience.

Fabio built Awari from scratch, scaled it with Y Combinator backing, and sold it to Fluency Academy. Before Aurora, he designed products for Google, NBCUniversal, Viacom, Colgate, and YC-backed startups.
